The Jogger was a failed pilot by Mike McCafferty and Jason Makaris.

It involved an impressive single-camera take meeting murder mystery meeting jogging.

A production company optioned the rights to it, looking into producing it as a Mobisodes series. Wanting to shop around the pilot episode to various places, they asked McCafferty to pull The Jogger off of the Internet.
