Channel 101 Wiki
Andy headshot

Andy grew up in the San Francisco Bay Area, where she once left her heart. A graduate of UCLA’s School of Theater, Film and Television, Andy was a regular on the PAX network’s World Cup Comedy, drove a tiny car while pitching auto insurance for a commercial in Peoria, and starred in a cult-classic university anti-cheating video. With her comedy partner Scott Chernoff, Andy has been making shows for Channel 101 since the very first screening. A proud member of ComedySportz L.A., where she performs regularly, Andy works during the day behind the scenes at America’s soapiest soap, Days of Our Lives.

Andy Goldblatt directs, coaches, performs and generally delights in improv comedy all over southern California. Andy is involved in a gaggle of live shows around town--solving crimes in The Richard Simmons Mysteries, yelling at people from Universal Studios' New York Window, and directing some southern discomfort in IO West's Kind Strangers. She recently directed the musical production Beau Fib.

Andy’s voice can be heard as Ms. Pac-Man and all the female characters in MTV-Italy’s puppet extravaganza VIDEOGAME THEATER. In front of the camera, she was a regular and a finalist on PAX TV’s improv competition World Cup Comedy with her troupe. She was the co-creator and director of Adult Swim's absurdist election coverage, Kitten Vs. Newborn.

Though she improvises all over the place, Andy is proud as all get-out to have called Comedysportz LA her home base since 2000. She is a cast member of U-Sical, the producer of THE HIGH, and ComedySportz LA's associate artistic director.
